Thanks to the folder randovelo 2013 travel-otherwise, you discovered an atypical structure in the landscape velotouristique, both in its form and its longevity: bike Loisir en Luberon, a network of hundreds of tourism professionals at the service of the bike since 1995. To accompany the ambitious project of extending the network to the PNR of the Verdon, bike Loisir en Luberon changes name and becomes "bike leisure Provence.
The name change, but not the goal...
Bike Loisir en Luberon has for 19 years now, one goal: develop the attractiveness velotouristique of the Luberon, in close connection with the NRP. To achieve the association strives to develop and maintain a network of tourism professionals, structured around a Charter incorporating the main Label home cycling (quality of reception, equipment, services, information and news) to secure a suitable home and the velotouristes quality.
The association also impulse the creation of routes, ensures the promotion and maintenance, always in connection with the NRP and the General Council of Vaucluse and Alpes de Haute Provence. Soon, five routes enjoying a perennial markup, in both directions, will cover 360 km of the luberonnais territory, in addition to 26 suggestions of course. It also takes an active part in the valorisation of the bikeway of the Calavon (former railway Cavaillon-Apt-Volx) which is a link in the route n ° 8. What experience in softness and serenity all facets of the Luberon massif.

In addition, always with the aim of bringing to the largest number the practice of cycling, bike leisure extends from little action in the field of disability, particularly in partnership with association Valentin Haüy. Bike hobbies has been the acquisition of suitable gear (tandems, stricker adapting on wheelchairs, handbike manual powered) proposed to the associations for persons with disabilities (motor, Visual...) or landlords. These devices also allow it to organize animations initiation or awareness (to become, why not, driver of tandem for one blind).
